Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered free of charge to your home. In addition, there is no minimum order quantity. Consequently, the delivery time may be a little longer than you are used to.

Delivery times
Once you have placed your order, it takes us between 1 and 3 working days to process it. On working days it takes one working day, but if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or weekend it may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, with delivery taking an average of 6-10 working days. We try to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Order tracking
As soon as your order is in transit, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number. Once you have received this number, you can track your order on our website. This allows you to track your order at any time. Click here

Cancel an order
Once you have placed an order, our automated systems process it immediately and prepare it for dispatch. It is therefore important that you inform us of any cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order. In most cases, we can process the cancellation, but please note that we cannot offer any guarantee if the order has already been processed.
