Right of rectification in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR: you have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of incorrect personal data concerning you or to complete incomplete personal data that we have stored about you;
Right to erasure in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR: you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the requirements of Article 17 of the GDPR are met. Article 17(1) of the GDPR is complied with. However, this right does not exist, in particular if the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims ;
Right to restrict processing under art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, if you refuse the erasure of your data due to unlawful processing and instead demand the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the establishment, the exercise or defence of legal claims, after we no longer need the data once the purpose has been fulfilled or you have objected on grounds arising from your particular situation, provided that it is not yet clear whether our legitimate grounds prevail;
Right of information under Article 19 of the GDPR: if you assert the right of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller.
The controller is obliged to communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or any restriction of processing to any recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of these recipients.
Right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR: you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request that it be transferred to another controller, where technically possible;
Right to withdraw consent once given in accordance with Article 7(3) GDPR: You have the right to withdraw consent once it has been given. 3 GDPR: You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation
we will immediately delete the data in question, unless there is a legal basis for further processing without consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its revocation;
Right to lodge a complaint under Article 77 of the GDPR: if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged breach, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
13.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS PART OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS BASED ON OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO SUCH PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE, AT ANY TIME, ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS THE DATA CONCERNED. However, we reserve the right to continue processing if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the exercise or defence of legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may exercise your right to object in the manner described above.
If you exercise your right to object, we will no longer process the relevant data for direct marketing purposes.
14) RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
The retention period for personal data depends on the applicable legal retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). Once this period has expired, the data concerned will be systematically deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the performance of the contract or the initiation of the contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in keeping it.
