Refund policy

Kindly note that return shipping is at your own expense.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it. You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receipt of the return.

The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:

  • The products must be in their original condition, with the original labels.
  • The packaging must be intact and in its original condition.
  • Items to be returned must show no signs of use.
  • Order number
  • A photograph or video clearly showing the fault (only if the product was received damaged).

If the problem is justified, we will cover all the costs of providing you with a replacement product as soon as possible.

Please note the following. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Shipping costs for all returns are always your responsibility. Always ensure that your parcel has a tracking and tracing code. Without proof of dispatch with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending returns by post without a tracking code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not have any warehouse in Europe, we only work with our warehouse in Asia. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, with charges starting at 20 pound depending on the size of the parcel.

1 Register your return
To register your return, please contact us at info@leflair.co.uk. Do not send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after you have registered your return via email. Please include the returns form with your shipment for faster processing.

2 Prepare your product
Pack the product to be returned well, preferably in its original packaging. Note: all returns are sent directly to the supplier. You are always responsible for the cost of the return.

3 Send us your parcel
Send the parcel (with Track&Trace) to the returns address you will receive by e-mail.

4. Refund of the purchase amount to your account
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the full amount in the original form of payment. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or by other means of payment within five working days.

Please note: always send us a digital copy of the returns form and enclose a paper copy with the shipment. Once the return shipment has been received by our supplier, it will be returned to us immediately.

Order cancellation
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 15 minutes of ordering. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

Returns are always at the sender's risk. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation or if they do not comply with the above conditions.
